About Dr. Wenqiang Chen

Dr. Wenqiang Chen, Ph.D., is a neuroscientist specializing in the intersection of neurobiology, pharmacology, and translational medicine.

Currently, Dr. Chen is a Research Fellow at Joslin Diabetes Center, Harvard Medical School, and a Visiting Scholar at Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen.

His research focuses on astrocyte and microglia insulin signaling and the implications for diabetes and AD comorbidity.

Dr. Chen’s innovative work aims to uncover new therapeutic strategies to combat these complex diseases.
